to Do to Make Your Signature File Sing & Sell! Part II

Are you marketing your book or product/service by writing articles
in your expertise? If so, always design your signature file to sell
on every article. You never know who might read your article once
submitted to top eZines and websites in your field. Experts say,
"The few lines at the end of your article called a signature
box have proven to be even more important
than the message itself."
This signature box should contain your subtle sales message including
multiple ways to contact you. Persuade your reader to subscribe
to your ezine. Entice them to visit your site for your free e-book,
mini-course or special offer. To make your resource box sing and
sell use the second half of the following ten tips:
6. Place your web site address in line five. Include
the address as a hyperlink such as http//www.-------.com. Ask your
reader to be sure to use the hyperlink when posting your article
on their website. You want other readers to be able to click through
to your site easily.
7. Present a free offer in line six. This offer
may contain a free e-book, email course or free ezine. Place the
title of your free e-book or ezine and a hyperlink to get to it.
Keep it interesting by changing your signature file periodically.
Stay interesting and your readers will keep reading. Keep them reading
and researchers tell us in 4-7 times you are sure to gain a faithful
subscriber and/or customer.
8. Include your hyperlinked email address. The
hyperlink enables your reader to act instantly. When they click
on your email hyperlink as mailto:earma@arrowproduction.com it goes
straight through without any extra steps.
9. Include your toll-free number for orders. Are
you thinking you can't afford a toll-free number? The question is
can you afford not to have a way your customers can immediately
call you after reading your article full of helpful information
in your field. Whether you can agree with that or not there are

10. Change the format of your resource box often.
Many business owners and writers like the list with bio at the end.
While many consultants and speakers enjoy the paragraph form for
their signature box.
